■Main Features ●Automatic production of the required quantity By inputting the necessary quantity, dry ice ingots can be automatically produced continuously. You can obtain the required amount on-site whenever needed, just like a vending machine. ●Portable and capable of production anywhere With wheels for easy movement, you can connect it to a power source (200V) and a liquid carbon dioxide gas cylinder (LGC container) to produce dry ice at the demand location. This reduces sublimation loss during transportation. ●User-friendly and easy operation Simple operation via a touch panel. Just input the required quantity and touch start to enable automatic production. The use of a pressure-sensitive touch panel allows operation even while wearing gloves. ●Up to 4 pieces per minute. High conversion efficiency and fast production Thanks to Sakuraseisakusho's unique press machine technology (patent pending), the conversion efficiency from liquid carbon dioxide to dry ice is increased to a maximum of 44%, close to the theoretical value, improving economic efficiency while shortening production time, allowing for the production of up to 4 pieces per minute. ●Safety features Standard equipment includes three safety devices: power phase loss and reverse phase detection, hydraulic tank over-temperature prevention, and motor overcurrent prevention. These features help prevent potential troubles, ensuring safe and secure operation.
